Unsung Neighbors

All events will take place in the lower level of the Main Lodge. Mahoney State Park is located near Ashland, just North of I-80 at exit 426. Either a Nebraska state park entry permit or a day pass ($4.00 payable at the entrance) is required.

Details

Founded in 1925, NWG is one of the oldest continuous writers’ organizations in the country. It counts among its charter members Bess Streeter Aldrich, John G. Neihardt, and Mari Sandoz. Residing in New York, Willa Cather was one of the first members to sign up.
